At what age does my child need a ticket to an event?

Children’s ticket policies vary by event. For most shows geared toward children, any child who has reached their first birthday must have a ticket. For most concerts and touring shows, children who have reached their second birthday require a ticket. For Oklahoma City Thunder games, children ages 2 & below do not require a game ticket; ages 3 and up (this includes children needing a seat) require a game ticket to enter Chesapeake Energy Arena. In some cases an event will require every guest, regardless of age, to have a ticket. However, for every event a child will require a ticket in order for them to have their own seat. To verify the policy for a specific event, check that event’s page on the Chesapeake Arena website.
