American Idol Auditions Coming to Oklahoma City

FOX's American Idol will hold auditions for Season 12 on Friday, July 20 at Chesapeake Energy Arena. Registration for the auditions occurs July 18th and 19th. Please register for the audition on one of the registration days to insure your spot on the audition day. It's summer, so remember that it could be very hot outside! Wear sunscreen, bring a hat and drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.

Wristbands will be distributed to auditioners during registration. Registration tables open Wednesday, July 18 and will stay open around the clock until the morning of Friday, July 20 when auditions will begin. Those wishing to register may begin lining up at 5 a.m. Wednesday.

Once auditioners obtain their wristbands, they will be asked to leave the venue and return on Friday beginning at 5 a.m. to lineup for their audition.
